Leesburg - Sycolin - Walgreen's

Schupp Companies is first and foremost a development company. We seek to acquire properties that represent either a green-field or commerically mature investment opportunity. In either case we will acquire the property, establish a long term strategy for its development and insure that there is a substantial return on that investment. A development plan is developed and the appropriate funding acquired with actual development starting soon after acquisition. Sycolin Center in Leesburg, VA and Wilson Center in Arlington, VA are properties that represent green-field and established properties currently under development.

Two properties currently under development include a 14 acre parcel in Leesburg, VA at the corner of Sycolin Road and Battlefield Parkway and another located in Arlington, VA at the corner of Wilson and Adams Avenue.
