A bit futher West on Fairfax Dr. is the Ballston Commons Metro Station. A short trip on the Metro takes you to the heart of Washington or Vienna to the West. George Mason University Law School is located a short distance east of the Metro Station on Fairfax Drive. Marymount University is located at 2807 North Glebe Road which is also nearby. Arlington is suggested as the second best location for the "rich and the single" according to Money Magazine.
One & Two Bedroom Units
Each unit 
has entrances from the front and rear with parking
for one car in the rear (a permit for street parking for a second car can be obtaining from Arlington County). The first floor has a completely remodeled kitchen and contains a state of the art all in one washer and dryer which provides a wash to dry feature without removing the clothes.
Around the corner from the kitchen in the two bedroom units is a dining area and a large living room with a door to North Oakland. The bedrooms are on the second floor and a remodeled bathroom. Ample closet space is provided in the bedroom and hallway.
All units include Central Air Conditioning and Heating and hardwood floors throughout.

The monthly fee for the one bedroom unit is from $1900.00/month for a one year lease
The monthly fee for the two bedroom unit is
